John Jason has been a fixture on the Manhattan, Long Island and tri-state area music scenes for over thirty years.  His wonderful baritone voice and outstanding musicianship have earned him a reputation as one of the finest regional entertainers of our time.  John accompanies himself on keyboards and guitar as well as doing standup vocal.  These days, John most often performs as a duo with bassist Bill Heller, but also works solo and as a trio.

Over the years, John performed regularly in Atlantic City and at many of the great Manhattan supper clubs of the past such as Heartland, Mike Cerrati’s, New York-New York, Jimmy Weston’s, and the legendary Chelsea Place.  Many people remember John’s stints at The Chariot and Jonelle's in Queens. 

For over 6 years, The John Jason Duo performed every weekend and at the New Years Eve Galas at The Europa Restaurant in The Chateau Briand in Carle Place, NY...up until the day the restaurant was converted to a catering room just a few years ago.  Prior to that, John appeared regularly at the world famous Gurney's Inn in Montauk.  He can also be seen performing at many of the finest country clubs on Long Island.

Everywhere John Jason plays, people love to dance to his music.  He performs an eclectic repertoire that ranges from the great standards of Sinatra and Darin to more contemporary hits by the likes of Billy Joel, Barry White, Tom Jones and Jimmy Buffet.  His repertoire also includes disco, classic rock, classic country, Italian and Latin music.

He doesn't just play, but entertains and often humorously interacts with the audience.  At private affairs, John also provides background or DJ music to compliment his live sets.  This assures a seamless and perfect evening of continuous entertainment.
